People throughout our communities actively seek answers on how to drive meaningful change towards sustainability, with many looking for clear solutions and collaborative efforts.
Sustainability expert Dr. Kim Polistina will lead participants through this interactive Community Sustainability Frameworks™ workshop, introducing key sustainability domains and the essential elements for building sustainable, socially just, and culturally resilient local systems.
The workshop will demonstrate how individuals, communities, and local businesses can actively contribute to creating a more equitable, resilient, and sustainable future. This is a critical step toward driving meaningful change, strengthening local communities, and connecting with the broader national and global sustainability movement.
The interactive sessions are designed to build on the participants’ existing expertise, emphasising the vital role citizen science plays in driving social change. Activities will highlight the benefits of partnerships, collaboration and a shared value for sustainable futures.
