Strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples is essential. We will strive to uphold the five dimensions of Reconciliation. These are historical acceptance; race relations; equality and equity; institutional integrity and unity.

The essence, soul, and spirituality of our organisation being the bottom line. Our financial performance is part of the bigger sustainable picture rather than the whole picture. It is the tool with which we ensure our cultural, social and environmental domains are sustained.
