Level up your sustainability knowledge and home gardening skills at this workshop led by sustainability guru Dr Kim Polistina, Eternal World Pty. Ltd.
In this informative and fun-filled workshop you will:
- Develop your skills and knowledge in general produce home gardening.
- Explore elements of the sustainability domains such as health and well-being, social inclusion, income generation, reducing household expenditure, and habitat regeneration that can be achieved from the comfort of your backyard.
In this workshop, Kim Polistina will discuss:
- seasonal produce;
- soil mix;
- eco-pest controls and fertilisers;
- native animal habitats and building a healthy eco-system;
- biodiversity in backyards;
- how your home garden can help to implement a sustainable lifestyle and provide you with health and well-being benefits – all for free or minimal cost.
- 10 good reasons why your garden – no matter what size – is important to your sustainability.
