Sustainable TransformationsTM Workshop Program
Eternal World’s Sustainable Transformations™ workshop program provides training for council and government officers and staff to build staff knowledge, capacity, and ability to become sustainability champions.
We appreciate how daunting this complex need for change for sustainability, and the task of achieving the current sustainable development goal (SDG) targets can be in the council setting. Eternal World has developed Sustainable Transformations™ to make this transition more accessible and achievable. We are here to assist with planning for changes in council processes, policies, and procedures considering the vital need to implement sustainability and the current SDGs.
The program is designed to increase staff’s ability to develop the skills, knowledge, and ability to implement an institution wide systems thinking and values-based approach to sustainability and achieving the current and future SDGs.
This program works through a framework of mapped sessions across six bridges to sustainability. As there is no standalone way of educating for sustainability, and nor should there be, the models and frameworks chosen for each bridge will expand on your current level of understanding of, and knowledge and skills in, sustainability.
Our expert consultant works with you to design the sessions to expand on the current level of institutional and employee engagement and knowledge of change toward a sustainable future. We draw on globally recognised sustainable education models to ensure the training is specific and relevant to your unique cultural, social, and environmental context.
