Sustainable TransformationsTM Workshop Programme
There is a vital need to implement sustainability and achieve the current sustainable development goals (SDGs) in every aspect of our lives, including the corporate and industry contexts. We wanted to make it easier for people from all walks of life, cultural backgrounds, and circumstances to become aware, understand, plan, implement, and maintain long-term changes for a sustainable system now, as well as in the future for generations to come.
The Sustainable TransformationsTM workshop programme is designed to increase staff’s knowledge, skills, and ability to implement an institution wide, systems thinking approach to sustainability and achievement of the current and future SDGs. It will assist in building staff skills in planning and redesigning corporate and business processes, policies, and procedures to support this change.
This programme works through a framework of mapped sessions across six bridges to sustainability. As there is no standalone way of educating about sustainability, and nor should there be, the models and frameworks chosen for each bridge will expand on your current level of understanding of, and knowledge and skills in, sustainability. This transformative learning programme is developed using a systems thinking and values-based approach with a combination of generic and customised (if required) sessions.
Our expert consultant works with you to design the sessions to expand on your staff’s current level of engagement and knowledge of change toward a sustainable future.
